Advertising Terms
All advertisement orders for Mallorca-Bars-Business-Property.com are subject to the following
conditions and the placing of an order will be deemed to be an acceptance of
these conditions.
1. The Publishers reserve the right to refuse, amend, withdraw or otherwise deal
with all advertisements submitted to them at their absolute discretion.
2. The Advertiser warrants that his advertisements comply with the British Code
of Advertising Practice and do not contravene any of the Trade Descriptions Act
1968.
3. The Advertiser will indemnify the Publishers against any damage and/or loss
and/or expense, which the Publishers may incur as a direct or indirect
consequence of the Advertiser's advertisement.
4. The Publishers give no undertaking that an advertisement will be inserted on
any particular date or at all.
5. The Publishers reserve the right to revise advertisement copy to conform to
the standards and "house style" of Mallorca-Bars-Business-Property.com
6. The Publishers do not accept responsibility for advertisements published
incorrectly or consequences arising there from. Advertisers should notify the
Publishers of any errors immediately after the appearance of the first insertion
to allow subsequent insertions to be corrected. The Publishers will not accept
responsibility to correct all insertions ordered if the error is not reported
immediately after the appearance of the first insertion.
7. Acknowledgments or receipts are not in normal circumstances sent in respect
of cheques or remittances. Any enquiry following your advertisement should be
addressed to Enquiry Dept. and must be accompanied by the full details of your
original instructions, the date sent, the amount and method of payment and a
copy of your advertisement.
10. Interest will be charged at the rate of 2% per month on all sums owed at any
time by the Advertiser in excess of the Publishers stated terms of payment. This is in relation to advertisers who pay for their advertisement.
11. By advertising your property free with Mallorca Bars Business Property, you are agreeing that we are entitled to 10% of the agreed sale price of the property should we introduce a buyer to you that completes a purchase through Mallorca Bars Business Property.
12. All contracts arising from advertisements submitted for publication will be
subject to English Law.
13. Completion of any slae with will through a "gestoria" (lawyer) here under Spanish Law.
